Provide a comment field for the tables & relationships.

Add in the Database management area a comment field for tables, just like the field comment area. Also add a Tool Tip like popup for the elements of the Relationship graph which will provide the means to display more about the relationships and display comments about the tables. Solves issue with adjusting current notes and re-arranging tables on the graph.
