Field Attributes

ability to set all attributes for a field in one tabbed dialog so that when you drag a field onto the screen a dialog allowing yo to set all the following appears;
- field format (allow entry in browse or find)
- field borders
- type format (text, number, date, time, graphic)
- conditional formatting
- script triggers
- tool tips
